We anticipate a total square footage of up to 48,000 square feet of industrial buildings.

Additionally, the main building façade will feature steel canopies for solar protection, and architectural enhancements. The buildings will be designed to maximize flexibility with provisions made for insulated overhead doors and drive-thru bays. In addition, buildings will be designed structurally to accommodate a manufacturer’s requirement for a bridge crane.
